"This is my favourite book out of every book and manga I have read. It is utterly amazing and I thought is was beautiful. It is not a light read, reading it is like being tied to the back of the bullet train by your legs so that your head is being rammed into the tracks. It showed me everything I hated about myself, what love was and how to attain it, but it is no romance. Normally being a fantasy romance person, this isn't what I would normally read, but both Fight Club and Invisible Monsters have changed my life, the way I look at life and what I think of myself. This book is on a completely different level to every other book I have ever read, It will stay with anyone who reads it forever."

— Eozenaj, 2/4/2014" Sharp, witty, clever, and devilishly humorous. "
— Kaylie, 1/11/2014" my favorite chuck book. if you don't like your head being messed with and closing a book saying 'what the fuck just happened?' then i would suggest staying away from this author. "

— Luis, 8/8/2013" A crazy ride through the modern USA, filled with pain killers, hormones, terms you don't really want/need to know, and A LOT of twists and turns. Makes Fight Club look almost like a book for children. Stunning. "
— Mitar, 7/30/2013" By far this is the best chuck palahniuk book. Brandy is such a great and complex character and Chuck's "hidden shotguns" work perfecty. If you have only read "fight club" I strongly suggest to read this next :) "

— Michelle, 5/1/2013" As one of my favourite authors, I am relieved to say that that this restored my faith in Palahniuk after 'Haunted'. A great big poke in the eye for America's obsession with 'beauty' and possessions. Great characters and genuinely amusing. "

— Jensen, 12/30/2012" It is one long trip from the word go!! The ride is at a breakneck pace and its difficult to stop for air in between. Crazy, weird and wonderful!! "

— Rizal, 6/21/2011" We are our own worst enemies. We are also a shallow bunch..Creating miserable expectations to live up to...."When we don't know who to hate, we hate ourselves" Palahniuk tells us in this, one of my favorites of his books. Read this book now! "
