"I know that Gaby's mom reads her books, and so I asked Gaby to lend me her mom's book. And as always, Nora Roberts got the job done again. Roberts tells the story of a 30-year-old mother with two girls and her husband cheated on her with a secretary. She is emotionally wounded and then by her brother, she finds after more than 10 years a long lost friend and the passion starts to build up. However she is still wounded: she doesn't want to let go of her love and she doesn;t want to get hurt. The man, also, is unsure because of the different social classes (she is the daughter of a rich man who ownes famous hotels), but he is love with her daughters (they have a strong bond). In the end, they fall in love, and they live happily ever after, like Cinderella. Soo sweet! ;D"

" Another classic formulaic Nora Roberts book/series. Although you can tell what the ending of the book will be (happy and all) I still find myself drawn to her books. I have no idea why other than the cutsie romantic, non-realistic portions. I think she does a good job of evoking enough emotion that I can look past the predictability and read the story. Of the three in this trilogy - this had the most substance in the plot. "

" Again I really enjoyed this story but it has two flaws. One being the ending that is so quick my jaw dropped. There isn't a fourth book that I know of so it also left some unfinished business which is my second point of contension, it doesn't clear up Seraphina's dowry. What was in the chest? We know a few things which included a diary but what did it say? "

" The third book in the Dream trilogy concludes the saga of three best friends raised together in a wealthy California home. Laura Templeton is the daughter of a well-to-do hotelier. At 18 she believes her dreams are simple and easily fulfilled: she wants a good marriage and a healthy family. When Peter proposes, she believes her life will be perfect. But her dreams are short-lived. Peter doesn't prove to be the kind of husband or father material Laura has dreamed of, and when she finds that he is a lying, philandering thief she divorces him. Like her two best friends, Laura discovers that she must look beyond her obvious talents to discover who she is--before she will find success and happiness. "
