"I'm really enjoying this series. It's my impression that the writing has improved in C is for Corpse and D is for Deadbeat. I'm enjoying the characters more and more. I can't say that I wasn't eager to see how things were going to progress with Jonah in this book. "

" Kinsey is hired to deliver a check by a deadbeat that has just been released from prison. It turns out to be a much more complicated task than she signed up for, especially when her client ends up dead. I enjoyed this book until the end, which I found a little disturbing. "
