Thomas H. Davenport is the cofounder and director of research at the International Institute for Analytics, a world renowned thought leader and executive adviser on analytics. His book, Analytics at Work: Smarter Decisions, Better Results, was named a must-read for 2010 by CIO Insight. Davenport holds a PhD from Harvard University, taught at Harvard Business School, and led research centers at McKinsey and CSC. 

L. J. Ganser is a multiple Audie Award–winning narrator with over six hundred titles recorded to date. Prized for versatility, his work ranges from preschool books to crime noir thrillers, from astronomical adventures in both science and science fiction, to Arctic Circle high school basketball stories.
