Publisher Description

Michelle Roberton-Jones has created ten special bedtime meditations for children ages five and up, with music provided by Llewellyn. Meditation at bedtime aids a good night's sleep and encourages the child to release the day, to let go of all that no longer matters with the breath, and to listen to and concentrate on the words as magnificent pictures start to form in the mind, creating thoughts and feelings of happiness, security, and love.

This audio is dedicated to all dreamers. Listen to your heart, follow your dreams. You were born to fly!

About Michelle Roberton-Jones

Michelle Roberton-Jones is an angel therapist and mother of four based in the United Kingdom. Her journey started off where all journeys begin: at the beginning. She started as a young girl with schoolgirl knees, seeing and believing in all that is not always clear to the eye. But this young girl, as she grew within the limitations of childhood beliefs, began to forget who she was, and as she did, all the magic and light faded.
