“Burton is the ideal narrator for this young adult adaptation of Tyson’s similarly titled 2017 book…[Burton] narrates with infectious curiosity and wonder. His clear tone and even pacing will help listeners to understand these mind-bending chapters and stay engaged. Tyson’s passion for his field of study is evident and is matched by Burton’s obvious love of sharing knowledge. The recording includes a glossary, and even that is interesting listening in Burton’s capable hands! While this work could have easily been bogged down by such an enormous, complex subject, Tyson’s conversational writing style combined with Burton’s lively tone make this a must-have for young adult nonfiction collections.”

“Chapter headings such as ‘How to Communicate with Aliens’ will engage young readers…While the text is geared towards students, the content is still detailed and comprehensive. Tyson’s dry sense of humor appears throughout…Offers an accessible overview of the topic while also inspiring curiosity.”
