"Better than the second book. Painter introduces many new character, human and other worldly. Chrysabelle is still too stuborn and doesn't listen to her friends and allies. The action keeps coming and things get killed. I am ready to see some justice given to Tatiana. Looking for the next chapter."

Exciting and interesting!
— Romantic Times" when is the 4th book out! "
— Amber, 1/31/2014" I'm starting to lose interest in this series, although I did enjoy the first books a great deal. There is a lot of chopping and changing between story strands, with the result that developments seem to be rushed or incomplete. There are more and more secondary characters being added many of who I would really like to see developed further. Conversely the main story line moves at a snail's pace and I'm losing patience with the stubbornness of the lead characters. "
— Yvonne, 1/19/2014" I couldn't believe it when i found this book on the shelf at my local bookstore (out nearly a month early) I loved it, I couldn't put it down can't wait for book 4. "
— Jodie, 1/12/2014" I feel like some of the characters weren't quite true to their original personalities. I also seem to forgotten (during all the character ambiguity) why I originally really liked Chrysabelle. "

— Pam, 6/15/2013" Although the story was quite good, I simply was not able to immerse myself in it like the others. "
— Maera, 5/10/2013" Too many points of view. Crysabelle was so annoying and childish through most of this book. "
