From the heat of an Acapulco night... Cyn McCall knew she could always count on her late husband's friend and business partner, Worth Lansing. He could make her laugh and forget her problems. " Not my most favorite book, it was something I picked up and wanted to finish one quickly. A good story. Not her best, I don't think. But quick and light romance, not too dirty. "

" This book was ok, not one of my favorites from her. I like her thrillers much better than her romance books. "

" Not an official review book, just a pleasure read. I love her work, and this was one of her very early contemporary romances. I loved the characters and plot. Great book. I did find the first half better than the second. It faded a bit. Still a great read! "

" I read (listened to) this book back in 2009, so do not remember the details, but remember it was an enjoyable "feel good" story. I had rated it four stars which means it's worth reading a second time. "

" Mostly predictable, enjoyable romance. The only thing that frustrated me was how oblivious Cynthia & Worth seemed to be in considering a relationship. It's as if the thought (stupidly) never occurs to them! "

" Single parenting is never easy, and finding a life after loss is not always easy. Worth should have been skinned a couple of times, but Cyn is in a funk and they wade through their troubles with fury, jibing, and amazing moments of hilarity. Fast and fun! "
