"As exciting as the first book, A Gentleman`s Honor did not disappoint me! It was wonderful seeing Tristan, Leonora, Jack and Kit again in the second book! Tony is a remarkable and stunning man in hiw own way and definitely a hot character! Unlike Leonora and Kit, Alicia was more faminine in terms of urges of manly activites. Nonetheless, Alicia is a strong woman with a great personality. Once again, Stephaine Laurens delivered an awesome confrontation between the hero and heroine as well as the steamy work of the flirtations that goes between them!! Definitely a favorite! A must read!!"

" A bit long and redundant whether they are seeking answers to who murdered Ruskin or whether Viscount Tony Torrington and the widow Mrs. Alicia Carrington are drawn into a steamy affair! Otherwise it was a pleasant read! "
— Cheryl, 2/19/2014" This book started off really well, I really liked the main characters and the plot progressed nicely, but at about 350 pages later I decided to stop reading. The story had bogged down, and I got bored - I found I just didn't care what happened nice. Too much padding, sex in place of actual interactions, not enough of anything actually interesting going on. It just couldn't hold me. "
— Jean, 2/18/2014" Ga mood bacanya, apa krn terjemahannya ya, bikin alur n tokohnya berkesan monoton & kurang greget. Hiks.... sedih jadnya :( "
— Sari, 2/17/2014" This is my favorite of the 'Bastion Club' series, though all 8 books are wonderful. I've read them all multiple times. "
— kb, 2/10/2014" this was one is better than the first book. the thrill and excitement has never faded and it got me glued from start to finish of the plot. i was not disappointed that i push through with reading the second book. i simply loved how tony is very protective of alicia. you simply can't deny that he does have feelings for alicia although alicia is a bit confused about their relationship, but in the end they were still together and will forever spend their lives together. "
— Laine, 1/22/2014" It had the back story of trying to find out the murderer however there seemed to be quite a lot of focus on the budding romance between the two characters. It was quite graphic in places about their relationship. It was an ok read. "
— Tabers, 1/18/2014" Boooooring. Three chapters describing a kiss...Spare me! "
— Alina, 1/9/2014" Buku keduan ini menurutku lebih oke dari sebelumnya, kasus Tony dan Alicia juga lumayan seru. Dan chemistry mereka juga cukup kuat. "
— Dina, 12/13/2013" Reread 2/2012 "
— M, 12/11/2013" Retreading this book, I am reminded how much I enjoy Stephanie Laurens' books. "
— Sharon, 11/14/2013" A solid installment to The Bastion's Club. The chemistry was good, the drama good, and you got a happy ending. Alecia was a good h, she may have been inexperienced but she wasn't stupid, and I liked that. Tony was a bit to easy to fall to me. I like a little bit of a fight in the H. "
— Donna, 10/22/2013" If you are a fan of breasts the first third of the book talks about them, in great and elaborate detail. jesu cristo, you almost found yourself missing it towards the end when you went away because it was all "they are alone, he's gonna go for the boobies!" and then he didn't. :( "
— yoli, 9/7/2013" A good, romantic read. The storyline is plausible if not a little drawn out. This series seems to not be as racy as the Cynster books, which is good as they are a little over the top with the love scenes. "
— Peggy, 2/22/2013" Personally I think there was WAY too much sex which really bothered me - the book had such potential, but it was ruined by two horny people who filled at least half of the book with their mating. "
— Mina, 10/22/2012" Never finished the book which is not like me. "
— Ann, 11/25/2011" The best Bastion Club novel since The Captains Jack's Woman. I have read these out of order but of the five I have read this is the second best. "
— Katelyn, 8/12/2011" Blah. Mediocre in every respect. "
— Maggie, 8/2/2011" uda ketauan who's the bad guy dari awal :P "
— Titis, 1/15/2011" A little too heavy on the descriptions of the protagonists' sexual encounters. "
— Kathe, 1/12/2011" 4.5. 2nd in the Bastion Club Series. Another steamy and hot Laurens' book. Fast paced. Good plot. On to #3. "
— Danette, 6/17/2010" The best Bastion Club novel since The Captains Jack's Woman. I have read these out of order but of the five I have read this is the second best. "
— Katelyn, 2/16/2010" I liked this one much better than the first of the series. A regency period romance with a spy story; strong male and female leads. Good escape read. Spicy. "
— Carla, 10/30/2009" If you are a fan of breasts the first third of the book talks about them, in great and elaborate detail. jesu cristo, you almost found yourself missing it towards the end when you went away because it was all "they are alone, he's gonna go for the boobies!" and then he didn't. :( "
— Yolanda, 7/2/2009" It should be re-titled as A Gentleman's Horror. "
