"I have read many of Picoult’s books, but I struggled to get through this one. This book had an obvious political slant and could've been commissioned by the Obama, Biden or Fauci team given that obvious political slant. I enjoyed the portion while she was on the island and even the detailed look into covid cases, but her opinion on vaccines and government propaganda is obvious. Still, I enjoyed this book, just not quite as much as other Picoult novels. "
