"Heist Society was one of my favorite books of the last few years so I was slightly hesitant about the sequel. I didn't need to be. Uncommon Criminals is able to live up to the excellence of the first book. The story is fast paced and the characters are smart and witty. Another excellent book. "

" Maybe this is too YOUNG of a young adult for me. The story was entertaining and the pacing was great. I just kept rolling my eyes at all the times these teenagers passed themselves off in adult positions (security or insurance personnel, for example) for the sake of their heist. When you're an adult reading this book, it's hard to believe anyone would allow a teen to trick them into thinking they were a person of authority no matter how much charisma and confidence they put into the role. I liked the increased romance between Kat and Hale, but at the pace they're going they'll be in their thirties before they ever declare their affection for one another. Still a fun and easy read. "
