" Wanted something fun to read around Halloween. James Patterson compiled this book of short thrillers by various authors. It was a good read. Found some authors to read and some to avoid. "

" Started to read this - got about halfway through, but didn't find any of the stories scary or interesting for that matter. Decided not to finish it....maybe someday in the future I will pick it up again.....Too bad, because I love James Patterson. "

" I love short stories so was okay with reading this even though I am not fond of James Patterson. Some of the stories were pretty good and made me want to read other things by the authors. Some were just not my cup of tea. And there were others that were boring. I guess it really depends on what kind of thriller you like. "
