" A good continuation of the first book. As with all Riordan books, the characters (both new and old) just bring the book to life. Of course there is plenty of time critical action (which keeps the pages turning), but it is the wonderful people in the books that make it impossible not to care what happens in the book. "

About Rick Riordan
Rick Riordan is the New York Times bestselling author of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, the Kane Chronicles, and the Heroes of Olympus. He is also the author of the award-winning Tres Navarre mystery series for adults, winner of the top three awards in the mystery genre.
