About the Authors

Michael J. Breus, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and both a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He has been featured numerous times on the Dr. Oz Show and writes regularly for the Huffington Post, the Dr. Oz Blog, and Psychology Today. He is the author of The Sleep Doctor’s Diet Plan, Beauty Sleep, and The Power of When.

Mehmet C. Oz, MD, is the professor and vice chairman of surgery at Columbia University in New York City, director of the Cardiovascular Institute, and founder and director for the Complementary Medicine Program at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
