About the Authors

Dr. Ken Blanchard is the cofounder and Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, an international management training and consulting firm that he and his wife, Margie Blanchard, began in 1979 in San Diego, California. In addition to being a renowned speaker and consultant, Ken also spends time as a visiting lecturer at his alma mater, Cornell University, where he is a trustee emeritus of the Board of Trustees.

Don Hutson is chairman and CEO of US Learning and chairman of the Board of Executive Books. He is also an accomplished corporate speaker and trainer who works primarily with Fortune 1000 companies. Don is the author of about a dozen books, including the #1 New York Times bestseller The One Minute Entrepreneur.

Ethan Willis is the CEO of Prosper Learning, Inc., a winner of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award and a global leader in entrepreneurial coaching, with more than 150,000 students in seventy-six countries. He lives in South Pasadena, California.
