"DO NOT READ THESE BOOKS!!! Get them in audio because the narrator is FABULOUS and will leave you looking for all of them. Do be forewarned that these border on erotica. Not for a school collection. Strictly for your adult listening pleasure. This is the third in this series. Go find the Ashling Grey books and start there. You won't want to stop!"

“This is the third book in MacAlister’s charming world of dragons, magic, and romance. It might be hard for newcomers to the series to understand the history of the characters and their motivation, but a glossary of demons, dragons, and places at the end of the book provides some help in figuring out who’s who. The world of Light Dragons is fantastical and wondrous…The dialogue has moments of hilarity…and the good humor keeps the pace interesting.”
— Romantic Times" What a nice little Mother's Day gift to myself. Love my Katie books and this one is on my list of favorites. I need her lightness of heart and happy endings every once in a while. Her writing style makes you want to be her confidant and best friend. She's such a clever and humorous writer. I'll keep reading them as long as she keeps writing them. The book did begin to slow towards the end and I miss the drama of the Dark Ones Series. But, I really enjoy the levity that KM brings to her works. "
— Tracy, 2/13/2014" First off, if you haven't read the rest of the series, don't pick this one up. You will not have a clue, I have read all the books and I was quite confused sometimes in the writing. Ysolde is back and this time she is determined to do what the first dragon has asked of her. Her main problem is her husband Baltic who doesn't give a damn. She has so much on her plate that she barters with the other dragons behind Baltic's back. All is going to plan until her ex husband kidnaps her son. Now she has to get Brom back and she will use everything in her power to stop a war and get her husband to play ball nicely with the other dragons. "
— Yvonne, 2/12/2014" Can't get enough of this series! "
— Haden, 2/1/2014" Still love the series and the characters involved and intertwined in the dragon lore. "
— Deb8coach, 1/19/2014" I read the series out of sequence but it didn't seem to matter. MacAlister gave enough background that I didn't feel lost. I am going to get the rest of the series and the Ainsley Grey books. I really had a blast meeting the Light Dragon sept but I want to meet all the other clans. "
— Cathy, 1/16/2014" Nowhere near as good as the other two in this series. "
— Erin, 1/7/2014" Awesome as always. MacAlister makes it easy for fans and newbies to become enthralled with the Light Dragons. "
— Rebecca, 12/29/2013" Yes, I laughed out loud at some of the silliness. :) "
— Scooper, 12/20/2013" Good story, but if you are not familiar with her different series of books, I would suggest using the character reference in the back of the book. "
— Lisa, 12/16/2013" Another hilarious Light Dragons novel. Not her best work, but still pretty good. The book advanced the plot, included some old favorites, like Aisling, and had me laughing out loud at times. "
— Jill, 12/15/2013" I thought this was a mediocre offering from MacAlister. The beginning drags. I find her best work is usually with Aisling. "
— Jennifer, 11/15/2013" No longer romance, and I'm a romance gal. Still a nice modern fantasy. MacAlister is very funny! "
— Erin, 10/13/2013" there were some realy funny scenes in this book, i loved the sex shop scene, its what made the book good, a bit disapointing that Jim wasnt in it more though "
— Mandy, 10/7/2013" Either my taste in book have changed or this was just really bad. I have forgotten what the book was about and I just finished it. "
— Crystal, 9/29/2013" Was a bit hard to get into since it had been so long since the last book, but eventually I remembered everything that was going on. The usual quirkiness. I enjoy Katie MacAlister's quick fun reads. "
— Kerri, 9/26/2013" Love this series-completely silly but the writing draws you in and I adore these characters "
— Elisabeth, 8/18/2013" Argh. So difficult to follow if you're not familiar with the series. Frustrating read, even with the glossary at the end. "
— Terri, 8/3/2013" Like all her Dragon books this one will keep you hooked "
— Christal, 5/10/2013" This series sucked me in, but it got more and more convoluted as time progressed. I read this last book more to see how things finished than because I loved the writing. MacAlister has become too dependent on her "whatever can go wrong will go wrong" formula, and it makes for very choppy reading. "
— Cheryl, 2/4/2013" I don't know that this book could be followed very well without reading the first two of the series (it's occasionally complicated without reading her other series:). Amusing interactions and personalities make this a light and fun read. "
— Kellyhs, 7/31/2012" I used to really love this world/series, but I sadly couldn't get into this book. "
