"Not as gripping as the first one in the series, but still compelling. Faolan has found his wolf clan and has been accepted as a "gnaw wolf", basically the lowly scapegoat in the pack. A villain is established in this one that will likely show up in further books in the series. Still good. "

About Kathryn Lasky
Kathryn Lasky has written many books. Among her works of fiction are The Night Journey, winner of the National Jewish Book Award, and Beyond the Burning Time, an American Library Association Best Book for Young Adults. Her nonfiction has won the Newbery Honor, among other awards. She and her husband (and frequent nonfiction collaborator), photographer Christopher Knight, live in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
About Erik Davies
Erik Davies is an accomplished audiobook narrator and voice-over actor. His stage credits include G.R. Point, Unpublished Letters, and Flats Fixed. Some of his television and film appearances include ER, Third Watch, and a starring role in the hit indie comedy High Society: A Pot Boiler. His audiobook narration has won three AudioFile Earphones Awards.
