About the Authors
Dr. Ken Blanchard is the cofounder and Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, an international management training and consulting firm that he and his wife, Margie Blanchard, began in 1979 in San Diego, California. In addition to being a renowned speaker and consultant, Ken also spends time as a visiting lecturer at his alma mater, Cornell University, where he is a trustee emeritus of the Board of Trustees.
Reggie McNeal currently serves as the missional leadership specialist for the Leadership Network of Dallas. He has over a decade of experience as a denominational executive and leadership development coach and has served in local congregational leadership for over twenty years, including being the founding pastor of a new church. He has lectured and taught as adjunct faculty for multiple seminaries and has served as a consultant to local church, denomination, and parachurch leadership teams. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Columbia, South Carolina.
About Ax Norman
Kathleen McInerney won the prestigious Audie Award for Best Narration in 2011 and was a finalist for the Audie in 2010 and 2015. Her narrations have also earned several AudioFile Earphones Awards. She has performed in New York and around the United States in both classical and contemporary theater.
