Publisher Description

Ask Kennedi Mason and she'll say she and her husband, Blake, have a good marriage. That's why she can't wait to tell Blake the fabulous news—that something he's always wanted has finally happened. But when Blake arrives home that evening, he has an announcement of his own, one that shocks Kennedi into silence.

A poignant and witty story of hope and perception, expectation and illusion, One in a Million beautifully shows us that sometimes what we think we have and what we think we want aren't real at all.

"This book was really good. It is a novella so it was only about 150 pages BUT all 150 of them were wonderful. She has a flowing writing style that makes the story very easy to read. She managed to insert a surprising amount of character development into this novella. It has a little bit of romance, but it's more about friendship and family. It is packed with fun drama from beginning to end and I definitely recommend it. It's a nice easy read that you won't regret. I am definitely reading other books written by this author."

" This is a book for anyone who has ever married or dated a lying, cheating no good man and you see him again when you are sitting on top of the world. This the chance for every woman who has that moment to say, "How You Like Me Now" to that lying cheating man when Mr. Wonderful comes into your life and make everything ALRIGHT. "

" This was a quick drama filled novelette. Read I enjoyed it! I give it a 3.5 rating. The ending was surprising and seemed a little far fetched to me. The book got me to thinking about what I would do in this situation. It was so true to how people change and act towards you when money is involved. Money and family and friends do not mix. "

" While the story description sounds interesting, the execution is awful. Despite my OC tendencies about finishing books I've started, I believe it would actually be more painful to keep reading than to stop, so I have. "

" Okay, so it's a feel good story, but I found the characters too one-sided for my taste. The good guys were really good and the bad guys were loathsome. A little more dimension to the characters would have made a more enjoyable read. "

" I like this author very much. Love the story line. I also like that most of her book is fast-paced, and you can always expect a lot of drama in her book which keep you stay tuned to the story. I don't like drama in real life...I just like to read it in book. In summary it was a good read. "
