More Yoga for the Complete Beginner is a 45 minute guided class suitable for those that have never practiced yoga before. The movements and postures in this session are kind and gentle to the body and provide a natural progression for those that have practiced Yoga for the Complete Beginner. The class focusses on correct alignment and will gently release stress and tension. It has been devised to help you develop a safe and effective foundation in the practice of yoga. Practise this session regularly. It may take a little time before you feel comfortable with the concept of moving slowly whilst maintaining awareness on your breath and your alignment. Yoga, when practiced this way (mindfully) brings so many benefits.

Sue Fuller is a leading teacher of both Hatha and Sivananda yoga. She initially trained with the Dhanwanthari Ashram at the Neyyar Dam in India, and has also studied yoga in Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. She has lead workshops and held training courses in many countries. In addition to her teaching, Fuller is a columnist for Natural Health and the Yoga magazine and a Yoga Elder with the Independent Yoga Network. She is a course author for the British School of Yoga.
