"I have mixed emotions on this addition to the series. While I would not miss reading it, I found myself questioning and escaping from the book frequently. It didn't keep my attention like most of the others have done. I did find Aiden and Erin to be an interesting couple and I enjoyed their bantering. However, I didn't enjoy the revisist to Virgin River nearly as much as I have in the past. I'm glad Jack stood up for his beliefs and feelings towards Mel's latest demands. And, in the end, I was pleased that Mel came through in a winning way. I do enjoy those Riordans -- they are certainly a fun family. And I'm enjoying the relationship between Maureen and George."

" One of her more interesting books in the series. Many overlapping characters and threads so the romance didn't get many pages. I have no idea why she added the "stalker" thread, IMO didn't make the romance thread anymore interesting or give its characters anymore depth. "
— farmwifetwo, 2/10/2014" This is the first time I've actually felt that Mel and Jack were superfluous to the story... in fact, I got quite annoyed at Mel in this book. I fell in love with Aiden, when I really didn't care for him the first time we saw him. And Erin is probably my favorite heroine so far. "
— Jennifer, 2/8/2014" Sometimes reading a classic romance/chick book is OK. Carr's Virgin River series are classic. "
— Laureen, 1/22/2014" Another good one. Only 3more and I am all caught up. Loved Aiden and Marcie. Aiden was similiar to Ian and Marcie's reaction was priceless. "
— Jenn, 1/20/2014" 10th book in the series and im still not bored or over it... This one was especially good because it brought back alot of the main characters, Mel & Jack, even Preacher for a few scenes! I really like the Riodran's - I hope she writes all the brothers into the series! "
— Tara, 1/7/2014" I am just so in love with Virgin River and this adventure further cements that love. Robyn is a wonderful storyteller and her characters are so real and multidimensional. It is always such a delightful treat to journey to Virgin River and spend some time with what seem like wonderful friends. "
— Amber, 12/3/2013" Predictable and Unrealistic...Exactly why I don't read romance novels. It was just a quick read in between reads for me. "
— Meghan, 9/28/2013" Another 4stars! This one is the best one so far! "
— Veronica, 9/24/2013" Not my favorite. Aiden probably is one of my favorite heroes but the subplots drove me crazy. I couldn't figure out why so many characters were acting so stupidly. "
— Rachel, 9/24/2013" *3.5 stars* Aiden and Erin's story was pretty cute. Always love catching up with the Riordan family in this series. Mel Sheridan on the other hand, went a little crazy over wanting a third baby. That storyline wasn't my favorite, but you really can't go wrong with a Virgin River novel. "
— Courtney, 5/26/2013" I absolutely love this series and this book definitely did not disappoint. Fantastic storyline and characters. "
— Christi, 5/21/2013" Loved this book! Extremely satisfying ending. If this is the end of the series it ends well. I have loved the whole series. I have felt part of their little community. I enjoyed keeping up with the characters lives as they have moved through other books in the series. Well done! "
— Marnie, 8/17/2012" I love a world where the the bad guy always gets caught in the end and where most people make decent and honorable choices. Of course, it doesn't hurt that in Virgin River all of the men are larger than life and sexy. This one is definitely one of my favorites out of this series. "
— Tracy, 6/24/2012" I LOVE the Virgin River series. It is the best! "
— Janet, 2/3/2012" Another great Virgin River story. "
— Donna, 6/13/2011" Seemed to be a bit preachy about surogacy and relationships between retarded people. I also found Mel annoying but the book was quick and easy to read. "
— Janine, 5/10/2011" Mt least favorite of the series. The main charecter is an OB/GYN, kinda creepy in the love scenes. "
— Jeanne, 5/9/2011" This was an interesting read as to how the storyline kept twisting and turning. I liked how it ended and I wonder who is next for her main hero / heroine in this series....who will be stopping in town next? "
— Margaret, 5/6/2011" Students-This one was just for me. "
— JoDee, 5/2/2011" I didn't enjoy this one as much as I have the other Virgin River books I've read. For some reason, I just didn't connect with the characters as much. "
— Jessica, 4/12/2011" This is a wonderful series. I love that the author keeps finding great new people to introduce, as well as, using the continuing 'family' of Virgin River. The topics brought up in each of the books are very true to life and very interesting. "
— Patricia, 3/11/2011" This book is absolutely typical of this series--hunky ex-military guy and cute young (ok, she's not that young, but she is cute) thing. The series regulars are there along with the expected happy ending. "
— Ruth, 3/9/2011" I enjoy this series. Another decent hero and heroine. love blossing and blooms. Some suspense to keep the plot going. Decent love scenes. Happy ending. "
— Michele, 2/20/2011" Typical Robyn Carr book. Easy light read "
