This meditation class has been devised specifically to introduce practitioners to the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Integrating the limbs into a practical meditation session helps to deepen the understanding of each limb and reveals how relevant they still are to the practices of both yoga and meditation. Spending time considering each limb and how they support the practice as you progress through a guided meditation reveals how each of the limbs entwines with the others and seamlessly integrates to help practitioners obtain a meditative state. Following this class regularly will help to develop a deeper understanding of the ancient practices of yoga and meditation, whilst experiencing all the benefits that a regular meditation practice brings.
