About the Authors
Dr. Ken Blanchard is the cofounder and Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, an international management training and consulting firm that he and his wife, Margie Blanchard, began in 1979 in San Diego, California. In addition to being a renowned speaker and consultant, Ken also spends time as a visiting lecturer at his alma mater, Cornell University, where he is a trustee emeritus of the Board of Trustees.
Phil Hodges served as manager of human resources and industrial relations in the United States business world for over thirty years. An advocate for older people in the workplace, he also has extensive experience in interpersonal dispute resolution as a certified mediator.
Phyllis Hendry serves as President and CEO of Lead Like Jesus, a global leadership development organization. A sought-after international speaker, she is passionate about leading people into a deeper relationship with Jesus so that their lives will be transformed and leadership maximized.
