Catherine Price is an award-winning science journalist and speaker and the author of numerous books, including How to Break Up with Your Phone. She is a recipient of the Gobind Behari Lal prize for science writing. She is also the creator of Screen/Life Balance, a resource hub dedicated to helping people scroll less and live more. She has a BA degree in history from Yale University and a master's degree from UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism.
