"This is another great chapter in this series. I prefer Kathleen Ross as the narrator for these stories, mainly because that is more familiar and the characters seem more familiar in her voice. This one seemed to have more expletives, but none the less, I LOVE Slaugther - her suspense and surprise always keep me interested. I'm never bored listening to these books!"

— Klodiana, 2/3/2014" I really liked this one. It had a great plot with good suspense. I find myself wanting to read more books by this author. I wonder if there are other stoires with the books main ccharacters Sara, JEffery and Lena. I find myself wanting to know more about them and how they do in the future. "
— Melissa, 1/31/2014" keeps you wanting to know what happened and who the killer is. the turn of events is surprising and not predictable. it was good. my only objection was that it seemed like most of the main female characters were dealing with some type of problem relating to children. it would have been nice if one of the characters had a healthy child. "
— Lauren, 1/31/2014" Listened to abridged version on CD "
— Lynn, 1/20/2014" once again an awesome book by Karin Slaughter. Only two more books to go until I'm done with the series - at least up to the point of the last book. I am so hoping that won't be the end! "
— Mommy, 1/15/2014" I enjoy reading her books but this one was ok.. "
— Vicki, 1/12/2014" Meh. I've no objection to reading fluff, cotton candy for the brain, but this one was rather disjointed and poorly done. "
— Gretchen, 1/10/2014" Not as good as her previous books but still worth a read!!! Get to know more about her characters in each book of this series which is great. "

— Steve, 12/10/2013" Book 5 of this series leaves nothing to want for. A very disturbing murder leads to the discovery of a bizarre situation on a farm near the town Jeffrey & Sara are still working out their on-again-off-again failed marriage. All around thrilling! "

— Marie, 7/17/2013" audio -- maybe I was not in the mood for the long winded, going nowhere story. "
— Irene, 6/2/2013" I just love the Grant County series... Karin Slaughter is one of my most favourite authors and her books are totally unputdownable. "Faithless" is no different. Touching a darker side in places of one of the regular characters, she gives a fantastic twist to it at the end of the book. "
— Stina, 3/2/2013" It's a wonderful book. Once you've started to read it is impossible to stop. The tension that the book contains give you nightmares and the urge to keep reading. I have read the book in 2 days and have been hooked on Karin Slaughter books since. "
— Marijke, 11/17/2012" Pretty good, but better if the series is read in the right order. "
— Eunira, 7/25/2012" Karin Slaughter is a fantastic crime writer. Most of her books follow the life of a foresic pathologist, although they don't have to be read in any particular order. She effortlessly mixes horror, crime and human relationships. "

— Pauline, 2/11/2012" Another great book by Karin Slaughter "

— Caroline, 1/20/2011" Fantastic plot! This book has it all including real-life characters and a tidy satisfying ending. A very satisfying read. "
— Penny, 12/29/2010" I found this book lacking compared to others I have read by her. "

— stan, 10/18/2010" This was an enjoyable book for a crime thriller but a bit long - I found myself wanting it to be over about 2/3rds of the way through. Despite this the plot and characters were well written. "
— Catherine, 10/9/2010" Good - want to read more by this author "
— Rhondakimball, 10/6/2010" In this book Chief Tolliver and Dr. Linton find themselves investigating a case of young woman buried alive. As they weigh through suspects they are constantly hitting dead ends, from members of the family, the elusive church. A great fast paced read that keeps the reader on edge the entire book! "
