I think he based their diaglouge on how he thought young people speak, which in reality, is not even close. I'm not sure if he does not have exposure to young adults in his day to day life, or uses blatant idiot-teenager stereotypes. Either way, I found the innacurate dialouge distracting. "

The main character is a crazy teenager who hears voices (of her stronger, wilder self) and is kidnapped by a brillian, evil psychiatrist looking for a mate for his violent and insane son. What's to like? The girls parents search for her but have their own issues. Depressing and uninvolving. "
