Sophie Egan Audio Books

Sophie Egan is the director of programs and culinary nutrition for the Strategic Initiatives Group at The Culinary Institute of America. She has been a regular contributor to the New York Times’ “Well” section, and her work has appeared on NPR and in Sunset magazine and Wired. A graduate of Stanford University, she earned a Master of Public Health degree focused on health and social behavior from the University of California at Berkeley.
