Ron Zemke is the president of Performance Research Associates, Inc., has been the senior editor of Training magazine, and wrote for the American City Business journals. As a business consultant, he has worked with many large corporations, including GM, Best Buy, Sun Microsystems, and Turner Broadcasting System.

About Liane Hansen

Liane Hansen is an audio narrator and former journalist and radio personality with National Public Radio. She was senior host of National Public Radio’s news magazine Weekend Edition Sunday from 1989 until her retirement in 2011. Her experience in broadcast journalism includes working as a reporter, producer, and host for local and national programs.
