"For a drugstore mystery, I found this surprisingly well-written and well-thought out. Lots of good suspects, intrigue, and believeability in the characters. Turns out the author worked in the media and has an FBI agent for a father. So this line of fiction is really her element."

“For fans of light mysteries, the combination of network-news melodrama and a frothy whodunit plot should prove irresistible.”
— Booklist" Kinda boring for my tastes. "
— Heather, 2/13/2014" Another couldn't put it down, up way to late, you'll never guess who done it. "
— Elsie, 2/5/2014" My least favorite of her books. Great story but. I cannot forgive what happens to a dog in the book. I know - just a story, but it is the only one of her books I have not read more than once. "
— Jennifer, 2/4/2014" What I liked about the book was the multiple suspects/motives for the murder, each plausible. It was an OK read. What I didn't like was the "offing" of two innocent characters that were written to be very likable; they become a nice part of the story only to be eliminated. "
— Bonnie, 2/2/2014" I actually enjoyed reading this book, but it is a very fluffy read. Fun, but a little predictable. Still, good enough that I decided to read the rest of the series. "
— Lois, 1/20/2014" i really enjoyed this mystery...popular newscaster is found dead....it looks like murder..not a big surprose since almost evryone would have liked to have murdered her...but who did????? you'll never guess..... "
