About the Authors

Ken Bruen received a doctorate in metaphysics, taught English in South Africa, and then became a crime novelist. The critically acclaimed author of the Jack Taylor series and The White Trilogy, he is the recipient of two Barry Awards and two Shamus Awards and has twice been a finalist for the Edgar Award. In 2016, he was awarded the Irish Books, Arts, and Music (iBAM) Literature Award. Two of his novels have also been made into feature films, and the Jack Taylor series has been adapted for a television series.

Jason Starr has earned rave reviews for his work from publications ranging from the New York Times to Entertainment Weekly, which compared him to Jim Thompson and James M. Cain. In 2004 he received the Barry Award for his novel Tough Luck, and in 2005 he won the Anthony Award for Twisted City.

About Peter Berkrot

Peter Berkrot, winner of Audie and Earphones Awards for narration, is a stage, screen, and television actor and acting coach. He has narrated over 450 works that span a range of genres, including fiction, nonfiction, thriller, and children’s titles. His audiobook credits include works of Alan Glynn, Eric Van Lustbader, Nora Roberts and Dean Koontz. In film and television, he appeared in Caddyshack, America’s Most Wanted, and Unsolved Mysteries. He performs in regional and New York theaters and directs the New Voices acting school.
