"With The Killer Ascendant (aka Requiem for an Assassin), Barry Eisler shares another enjoyable performance of a tale in his John Rain series. The storyline picks up in time after Extremis (aka The Last Assassin). While the plot it isn't particularly inventive, it is still an exciting, well-told journey with nice character development between John and Delilah."
