G. Richard Shell is the Thomas Gerrity Professor of Legal Studies, Business Ethics, and Management at the Wharton School of Business. An award-winning teacher and scholar, he is the author of Springboard, Advantage, and The Art of Woo. He is also director of the Wharton Executive Negotiation Workshop and the Wharton Strategic Persuasion Workshop. He has taught thousands of students and executives, including Navy SEALs, Fortune 500 CEOs, FBI hostage negotiators, hospital nurses, and public school teachers.
Lloyd James (a.k.a. Sean Pratt) has been a working professional actor in theater, film, television, and voice-overs for more than thirty years.
