A tall order? Absolutely, but Anderson is so specific and experienced, so focused on strengths instead of weaknesses, he generates a palpable aura of reasonableness, and readers can't help but feel hopeful.”

    — Booklist
  • “The Confidence Course is a gift to readers who hunger for hope and self-confidence. And they will encounter the transforming power behind the author’s enormous success.”

He guides us through the journey of a kid from the wrong side of the tracks who tackles his anxieties to achieve personal and professional success. His resulting book is a compelling collection of personal anecdotes, celebrity advise, and engaging exercises on finding courage to be you. The Confidence Course is an inspiring and essential reading experience.”

    — Dr. Judy Kuriansky, author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Tantric Sex
