Publisher Description

Lauren Conrad, star of the hit MTV reality series The Hills, brings her insider knowledge to Starstruck, the second book in the Fame Game series.   In Starstruck, Madison isn’t getting much screen time on The Fame Game, the reality TV show following three girls trying to become stars in L.A. She’s too busy doing community service after stealing a necklace. Kate, on the other hand, is getting huge amounts of publicity now that one of her songs has become an overnight sensation—and it’s going to her head. And aspiring actress Carmen, the daughter of Hollywood royalty, is finally making a name for herself.   The juicy story from bestselling author Lauren Conrad explores friendship, family, romance, ambition, and fame.

"Wow, I really didn't expected it to be this good. Probably, by far, the best of The Fame Game series. Who would've thought that Madison Parker has a heart? Oh, and I think it was Fawn who was trashing Carmen to the press. She so remind me of the old Madison Parker and I'm kinda starting to hate her."

" My guilty pleasure, I absolutely loved it! Despite the fact that it was written by a reality TV star, there is some pretty good character development. I can't see what she has planned for Madison Parker and I will be buying Infamous as soon as it's available. "

" i have read all of LC's novels except the style and beauty books, and i have enjoyed all of them. this particular book is a huge leap for madison's character. i gave this three stars though, the pace quite slow for me. i didnt like carmen and kate, i preferred scarlett and jane. what happened to the sweet gaby and how did she end up like that on starstruck? nevertheless i am anticipating the 3rd book of this series for the conclusion.
