" I stayed up late last night, like an extra 45 minutes to finish this book. I had to find out how it ended. I really liked the story but I was slightly disappointed in the ending. There was a lot of suspense but the ending fell short for me. I suppose most books are like that. I'm sure we will hear more from some of the characters in this story later on. I wasn't too keen on the situation with Christine though. Seriously? I don't know if I buy it. I really enjoyed Death's character. I love how he hated everything in his life and would smile to his wife and family while at the same time thinking about how he wished he could kill them all, totally creepy! "

" Well - I am pleasantly surprised! The story took an unexpected turn that was a good choice for Patterson. The story was moving along nicely and gathering momentum .... however, Patterson must have decided to quickly wrap it up and that he did. Too many loose ends, too little plot development, not enough information. Let's hope that Patterson can pull it together in the next novel in the series. "

" This was a perfectly adequate audiobook for a solo Vegas-Phoenix drive. "

" Serial killer playing a game with others called the Four Horseman. The game is interestiong as far as what the players represent. Same Patterson suspense as his other books. End leaves things wide open. Made me want to read the next book, but not enough to go buy. "
