" i did like this book, i really did. but i didnt love it. maybe i'm kind of immune to the stuff after reading so many romances or maybe it just seemed to good to be true that he could love her that much to sacrifice hiself and she could save him from his own pain. i'm glad it's a happily ever after and i wasnt ever stuck in suspense too long. i hate nonsense like that. so that was good. i felt for both the characters but i have a feeling i should've felt more compared to the other repsonses this book has gotten. maybe because this is the only book i've read from this series? oh well. good story,sad about him losing half his leg but it worked out. "

About Pamela Clare
Pamela Clare began her writing career as a columnist and investigative reporter, eventually becoming the editor-in-chief of two different newspapers. Along the way, she and her team won numerous state and national honors, including the National Journalism Award for Public Service and the Keeper of the Flame Lifetime Achievement Award. She is the author of historical romance and contemporary romantic suspense novels, including the MacKinnon’s Rangers series, the Blakewell/Kenleigh Family trilogy, and the I-Team series. The mother of two college-aged sons, she lives in Colorado.
About Kaleo Griffith
Kaleo Griffith is an Earphones Award–winning audiobook narrator and classically trained actor. He graduated cum laude from Franklin Pierce University with a BA in theater, holds an MFA in acting from Rutgers University, and is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
