Nancy Bardacke, RN, CNM, MA, is the founding director of the Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting program, which she currently leads at the University of California’s Osher Center for Integrative Medicine in San Francisco. She is also an assistant clinical professor in the UCSF School of Nursing.
