We're the D'Artigo sisters: Half-human, half-Faerie, we are savvy—and sexy—operatives for the Otherworld Intelligence Agency. But our mixed-blood heritage short-circuits our talents at all the wrong times. My sister Camille is a wicked-good witch whose magic is as unpredictable as the weather. My sister Delilah transforms into a tabby cat when she's under stress. And me? I'm Menolly, acrobat-extraordinaire-turned-vampire. And I'd give my right fang to make my sire pay for killing me. That is, if he doesn't find me first...
All over Seattle, humans have been going missing, only to turn up as newborn vampires—the sure sign of a rogue vamp on the loose. It looks like Dredge is to blame—the same sadistic Dredge who gave me my scars and who may well be in cahoots with the demon Shadow Wing. If so, Otherworld and Earth are screwed. The only way we can hope to defeat Dredge is for me to travel home to Otherworld and face my own demons. For unless I sever the ties that bind me to Dredge, all hell is going to break loose.

"Really got hooked into this one! Learning about Menolly's story was intriguing, scary and sad all at the same time. Again, it's fun seeing the sisters through each others eyes and learning more about each one's background - how they got to be who they are today. "

" I really like Menolly's personality. So far I think she has the most depth. I don't think this one really moved the series along, but it really fleshed out her character. "
— Patrice, 2/11/2014" My favorite so far of series, can't wait to read rest. "
— Carrie, 2/8/2014" I got this one from the library. I loved Camille's book and I liked the story from Delilah's perspective. Normally, I am a huge vampire fan, I just didn't like this vampire. I also didn't like her name. Menolly, but that's neither here nor there. I want to read more in the series, since I am a huge fan of Smoky so far. The next book. Smoky is back! I will definitely keep going with this series. This one just wasn't my fave. "
— Misti, 1/26/2014" I am not enjoying this series as much as I did the first time I read it. I am pondering whether I will continue. I think I will be cause I really like the addition of Smokey that picks up in the next book. "
— Mary, 1/19/2014" I find this one better then the others. It has a little girl on girl action but since it was about vampires of course it rocked but it could use a little more romance. There were only two romance spots in this book and kind of slow but still great. "
— Dark, 1/17/2014" Completes the first trilogy, so we now have the perspective of each of the 3 sisters. Based on the preview, we'll now recycle views. "
— Topher, 12/28/2013" Not as interesting to me as the second book, or even the first book. This particular sister seems to revel in the whining. "
— Emily, 11/30/2013" i thought this was a good one cuz it take a part the sisters and give each of them more of a describtion on each charter , "
— Sam, 11/25/2013" This is a good book, but I don't think it was as good as the other two. "
— Tommy, 6/29/2013" Nobody can look good in those braids. I don't care what Yasmine says. "
— Judith, 6/19/2013" Enter Menolly the fae sister turned vampire against her will...and she is a can of interesting worms! This sister has to hunt her sire for the sake of the fae & human population. She completes the triad with aggressive grace. The sisters of the moon rock!!! "
— Heather, 4/23/2013" Much better than the second book. The story delves into how Menolly was made a vampire ad what she weds to do to overcome her fears and guilt from the incident. A good read. "
— Jennifer, 1/23/2013" This series is getting better in this book. It's still a little cheezy, but not completely predictable now. "
