We're the D'Artigo sisters: half-human, half-Fae. We're sexy, we're savvy, and we just turned in our badges to the Otherworld Intelligence Agency. My sister Camille is a wicked-good witch. Delilah's a werecat and blossoming Death Maiden. And as for me? I'm Menolly, acrobat-extraordinaire-turned-vampire. But being a vamp isn't all it's cracked up to be, especially when the Godfather of all vampires decides to play Prince Charming...
It's the holiday season, and a vampire serial killer is on the loose. Hungry ghosts are tearing up the town, and people are running scared. I strike a deal with Ivana Krask—one of the Elder Fae—and, too late, discover strings are attached. But when I turn to Roman, one of the oldest, most powerful vampires around, for help, he offers me more than I ever bargained for.

"This is book nine in the Sisters of the Moon series by Yasmine Galenorn. I really enjoy this series. There were a few twists in this book that were unexpected but really kept the pages turning. There is never a dull moment with the D'Artigo sisters, that is for sure. I am really looking forward to the next book in the series. I would recommend this title as well as the rest of the series."

" Book nine in the Otherworld series, in the perspective of Menolly. I enjoyed the series, but afraid how many more books are going to be in series. "
— Lindsay, 2/14/2014" I think the story in this one just held a lot less interest for me. The book felt sort of formulaic to be honest, and when I think about it the last few did too. There's like an opening action scene where they're called by Chase unexpectedly to deal with something and it leads into what ends up being the overall plot for that book. Meh. I think it's a little disturbing how condescending the sisters are to humans now, how low their general opinion is towards humanity. On the one hand they're fighting to save the world but on the other they think humans are mostly reactionary bigots. It makes you wonder how the author thinks of us and herself, a little self hatred issue working itself out on the pages maybe? I dunno. It's a little much for me. We'll see if the next book is any better. "
— Sherie, 2/9/2014" Okay book not on my absolute favorite list but okay inter a little too much im others. Iy involves vampires and motte est keeps your attention but in my oppinion doesnt add enough detail at certain points not on my favorite list "
— Ciara, 1/29/2014" I have read every book in this series. I always look forward to another book to come out. This one was good, but definitely not my favorite. It feels like the author is having a hard time defining this sister. "
— Diann, 1/28/2014" Sigh. Another installment with some frenetic action, but it didn't move the plot ahead by a lot (if at all). Menolly's my favorite of the sisters, so it gets a full star for that, the rest was rushed. "
— Colleen, 1/20/2014" Another exciting rollercoaster read from Yasmine Galenorn. "
— Joseph, 1/13/2014" Another excellent adventure. I have enjoyed all of this series. It keeps getting better! "
— Blakely, 1/3/2014" I really like these books, good strong characters and a strong story line, I also really enjoy the change of view points with each book with rotating lead characters between the sisters. I love that it always has atleast one hot romance scene in each book. Can't wait for the next one. "
— Sherry, 12/11/2013" I say this....so far the book is awesome...... "
— Jamie, 9/28/2013" This series has amazing character development! The POV changes between the 3 sisters keeping the series fresh! "
— Laura, 6/27/2013" wasn't my favorite out of this series but was still enjoyable to read, looking forward to getting to know the new bar tender a bit more and seeing how erin (menolly's vampire daughter) turns out. "
— ♥, 10/4/2012" I liked it but I am not as crazy about this series as I was in the beginning. The last few books are starting to feel like the later Anita Blake/Arduer books.... :( "
— Amanda, 9/3/2012" Menolly's story takes a few new twists and turns and, as always, Ms. Galenorn never disappoints. Can't wait for the next installment. "
— Ryver, 5/7/2012" I like this series but I don't like Melony. Her books just seen dull compared to her sisters. You have read them I order though. "
— "Z", 11/19/2011" It felt like the author was trying to do too much. Mixing vampires with werewolves is one thing; adding other wereanimals was okay, but adding fairies and dragons was a bit much. "
— Annie, 5/25/2011" What can I say ? Yasmine Galenorn's books are an automatic buy for me...an event. I love, love, love this series and I think this was one is my new favorite ! "
— BloodyHorror, 3/15/2011" Every time I think this series can't better Yasmine exceeds my expectations! Keep up the good work! "
— Feistygodwin, 3/1/2011" Menolly's story takes a few new twists and turns and, as always, Ms. Galenorn never disappoints. Can't wait for the next installment. "
— Ryver, 2/18/2011" I really think this is one of the best books in the series:) Great character development!! "
— Fiona, 2/13/2011" This is the continuing story of D'Aritgo sisters. This story centered on Menolly, the vampire. She has been my least favorite character before this book. The author did a great job in getting the reader to understand and root for this sister. I did not want the story to end. "
— Rhonda, 2/11/2011" I have read every book in this series. I always look forward to another book to come out. This one was good, but definitely not my favorite. It feels like the author is having a hard time defining this sister. "
