"This is an extraordinary continuation of the tunnels series. It has to do with another world at the center of the earth inhabited by tree men and a race of Germans who went there during WWII. The Germans had an agreement with a race of people called the Styx who are intent on killing all "Topsoilers" (all who live on the surface of the earth, because they live below the surface). This agreement entailed assistance from the Germans but they don't know that there is much backstabbing going on on the part of the Styx. This is a fascinating book with an interesting point of view. It is full of action an adventure."

" this series just keeps getting better and better. can't wait to read the next book!! "
OH MY GOD! :| "
— Vinca, 1/22/2014" Couldn't get into it like the rest of the books. "
— Regina, 1/12/2014" wah... ga sampe abis... nyerah ah.. "
— dokie, 1/5/2014" It took so long to read this book - about a month! It was pretty good though and I'm sure I'll read the rest. I was happy about the reunion. "
— Brandy, 1/5/2014" Nazi city in middle Earth discovered. Fast paced. Action filled. Sci-fi story. Never gets boring. Page turning. "
— Naleen, 1/5/2014" Suspensful! Twisty! Turny! I love everything this series chooses to be! "
— Shianne, 11/1/2013" Another great book, loved every moment, and I can't wait till October when the sequel comes out. "
— Heather, 10/22/2013" I liked this book much more than the last one and I felt like it didn't leave you hanging with what happens next despite knowing there is another sequel on the way. It reminded me of the first Tunnels book but had a stronger story line with overlapping plots. "
— Jennydall, 10/21/2013" well writen. Very good, but not as good as the other tunnels books leading up to it. Still a very good read. "
— Matthew, 10/17/2013" Continuing with the series... I liked this one, perhaps a little better than some of the others. Fewer people die, and things seem to be turning a little for the heros. There are a number of things that need resolution and I'm waiting for the next 2 installments for the conclusion. "
