" I was so disappointed. This audio "book" only lasts about 20 minutes. It was more like a pep-talk in a pamphlet. I meant to buy a book called "The Body Keeps the Score" instead of this one. The narration is terrible and the content is so weak. Do not waste your money on this. I asked for a refund because I was so disappointed. "
