I have read the book two times by myself and than decided to buy the audiobook for TO GO. Everytime I should remember things I can click through his advices quickly now and start acting and not saying "I can't" to myself. Audiobook is recommended for long flights instead watching bullshit on the entertainment software (except Skymall ??). "
