Publisher Description

With a wink and a nod to Bram Stoker, New York Times bestselling author Cynthia Leitich Smith unites the casts of Tantalize and Eternal in a delicious dark fantasy her fans will devour. "You’ll try to fight it. But you’ll only be fighting your true self. It’s done. It’s destined. In time, you’ll come to accept it." He pulled back his sleeve to reveal two dress watches. "In time, you’ll come to me." Quincie P. Morris, teen restaurateuse and neophyte vampire, is in the fight of her life — or undeath. Even as she adjusts to her new appetites, she must clear her best friend and true love, the hybrid werewolf Kieren, of murder charges; thwart the apocalyptic ambitions of Bradley Sanguini, the seductive vampire-chef who "blessed" her; and keep her dead parents’ restaurant up and running. She hires a more homespun chef and adds the preternaturally beautiful Zachary to her wait staff. But with hundreds of new vampires on the rise and Bradley off assuming the powers of Dracula Prime, Zachary soon reveals his true nature — and a flaming sword — and they hit the road to staunch the bloodshed before it’s too late. Even if they save the world, will there be time left to salvage Quincie’s soul?

"Oh, it was great to see Quincey again! And to have the characters of the 2 books come together for the first time, linking the worlds even more! Great book, and plot, and my favourite of the 3 that I've read! Maybe the 4th will top this one, even with fewer pages! Maybe!"

" I do love this series it's just very detailed making it a very long and tedious read. However the plot is wonderful and the characters charismatic and lovable. Even the villain has qualities I find interesting and romantic in his own twisted and dark way. "

" I read the first one of the trilogy and thought it was ok. This one is ok also (I'm not really moved one way or the other) and it doesn't matter that I didn't read the middle volume. "

" it was pretty good. it's more of a sequel to the first tanlize novel in the trilogy, but Zachary, Nora and Freddy from Eternal does make an appearance in the novel and stays. I am sooo glad that Quince got her happy ending. Another well done novel. "

" Pretty good as YA goes. I should probably have read the first books in the series before this one, it would probably have made more sense that way. I felt a little up in the air with the characters, as though I should already have known them. "

" I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait until the next in the series. There is no sex in this book but Kieran and Qunicey do have some rather close moments alone together. Nothing terrible but some very heavy make out sessions. "

" I really liked this book I loved all the references it had to Dracula. I loved the story of Quince and Kieran and how Angel Zachary played out in the whole story I would diffently refer this to people who have a taste of Vampires mixed in with werewolves and Angels! "
