"All I can say is wow! What a wonderful story and great end to this year Chesapeake Shores trilogy. Although there were a few chuckles as I read, mainly there were tears. Not just my eyes tearing up but actual tears and they lasted through many a chapter. It was great to see so many of the O'Briens come together for each other once again. I can't wait to read An O'Brien Family Christmas when it comes out this fall and continues the story with characters I've come to love and care about. Add this book to your to be read pile but read the series in the order the books were written. You won't be sorry!"

" Decent. A little annoying-but possibly realistic characters. Complete with anger self-pity and joy. Probably could have been 50-100 pages shorter, but an easy and quick read still. "
— Anneka, 2/12/2014" I liked this book. I felt there were times I wanted to ring the neck of both characters. I also have struggled with a similar physical ailment. This series is definitely worth checking out. "
— Jencey/, 2/9/2014" I didn't realize it was a romance novel with a series of books before. Story was okay but sometimes I get fed up with the repetitive nature of romance novels. Don't really like seeing a strong woman become a puddle of insecurities. "
— Theresa, 2/9/2014" Laughed and shed a few tears too. Good read! "
— Maryellen, 2/3/2014" I was looking forward to the story of Susie and Mack and I have to say I was a little disappointed. I don't want to give anything away but I just didn't like how it went. It is fine to have hardships and that would have been fine but a certain person being in the story and that whole aspect I found frustrating. "
— Tiffany, 2/3/2014" What a horrific story.. Finally Susie and Mack get together and then she ends up with cancer.. At least at the end she's cancer free! "
— Tara, 2/2/2014" This was one of my favorites of the series. What a happy book- but also such a tearjerker! You will need to read books 1-6 to understand this one- but they are well worth the read! "
— Krista, 1/20/2014" This was good and I read it in record time, but I thought it dragged on and was ready for it to end. I would have given it 3 1/2 stars if I could. Better than 3 but not quite 4. "
— Judy, 1/7/2014" Good read....ending a little drawn out....I enjoyed! "
— Michele, 1/3/2014" As with her other books, a good beach read.Very predictable - no thinking involved. "
— Margie, 12/15/2013" Other than the Kristen b-plot (blech) this book was pretty okay. I like romances with real folks dealing w/real problems and I also like seeing after the marriage. "
— Laura, 11/26/2013" It was heartfelt characters that really got under your skin. I couldn't put it down. One of my favorite of the series. "
— Jeri, 11/25/2013" A nice, enjoyable read. Sherrly Woods is one of my favorite authors when I just want to escape into a love story. Good characters. "
— KK, 5/11/2013" Another very well-written novel about conflicts, insecurities, crisis, and the power of faith and love to overcome. "
— Jan, 4/13/2013" This had more substance than most beach reads. The romantic storyline has a little different twist than the usual. "
— Michelle, 10/26/2012" I'm glad to be done listening to this book. In fact, I can't believe I finished it. This series seems to have more than it's fair share of juvenile, unlikable female characters - I won't be reading any more. "
— Karen, 8/23/2012" I enjoyed finally reading about Susie and Macks relationship. I just wish it wasn't so heavy. "
— Chiara, 1/24/2012" I started reading Sherryl Woods when she wrote for Silhouette many years ago. This book, however, was too drawn out. "
— Mary, 11/29/2011" Fabulous series filled with characters to fall in love with. "
— Michele, 7/30/2011" It was ok, but had trouble liking the characters. "
