"I love this series... I adored Stephen and was so very happy his "stuffy" proffessor self got his girl :) I have to admit that when the time came for the time travel to go back and their ancestors age... how would I take it... Well, this time one of my fav's was 60 and no mention was made of his father Rhys (who was also my fav) and I handled it very well... I wasn't obsessing about where Rhys was... I just happily assumed he was in France lol I loved the time traveling twins, and I loved how she included so many of the other family members in this book. I have to admit, whenever Kendrick is mentioned in a book, I'm a happy camper :) I loved how this book didn't have the usual frustration that most romance books have... boy meets girl, they get to know each other, signals get crossed or mean girl does something and blah blah blah... Thankfully this one isn't like that. This girl starts out loving him, but hating him because .... well, he's mean to her. And He adores her but he can never say the right thing so it comes out as a slam.... It takes a while, and a rescue before friendship starts to bloom.... I loved this book. I just wish I didn't have to wait a whole year till the next installment :("

“Kurland gives her readers yet another colorful trip through time. Readers of the De Piaget series will love reconnecting with familiar couples and thoroughly enjoy meeting her newest hero and heroine.”
— RT Book Reviews (4 stars)“Clearly one of romance’s finest writers.”
— Oakland Press“Kurland creates a special romance between a memorable knight and his lady.”
— Publishers Weekly on Another Chance to Dream" Once again a beautifully told love story. Ms. Kurland never fails to write a story that has one sighing over. The characters, from Ian and Jamie to Tess and Peaches, have all become woven into the fabric of the world she has created. Each book has its own special moments; this book's one for me is when Stephen tells Tess he is in love with her. I cannot recommend these books more highly. "
— Barbara, 2/10/2014" Lynn Kurland does an amazing job with time travel romances. I have loved each one of hers that I have read and this one is no exception. The characters are strong people that are fun to watch fall in love. And even more fun to see how they solve problems that cross over generations. Other characters in the book have made appearances in other books and are old friends to me. I am always happy reading her books and stay up and happy for days after. I also look to see what she has coming out next! My only wish is that there were more of her time travel books that I haven't yet read! "
— Betty, 1/26/2014" I really enjoy the whole De Piaget/Macleod series. These books continue to make me laugh and enjoy the English time-travel. "
— Donna, 1/23/2014" Nice, but not as good as others she has written. "
— Katie, 1/16/2014" I really enjoy Kurland's book and so couldn't wait to read this one. In this story we get to see more of Stephen de Piaget and Peaches Alexander. They have been in previous books, but are not the main focus. This story was a fun, easy read. Kurland does repeat herself a little bit in this book, but I still loved going back to the de Piaget's stories and learning more about the family and how the past and present interweave. "
— Monica, 1/12/2014" I would just like to note that the cover art has been released. I would love to see this on the page if anyone knows how to update the book cover image. I don't think I wrote this. "
— Leilani, 1/5/2014" I love Lynn Kurland books! I want to be either a McCloud or a de Piaget. What awesome families, and so much fun and romance. Yes, a little heavy on the sugar & fantasy perfection, but who cares. They are so fun to read! "
— Angela, 12/30/2013" Not the best of the de Piaget stories but a fun read none the less. The female lead character I had a hard time taking seriously wit a name like Peaches. "
— Allison, 12/29/2013" It's Lynn Kurland. It's a dePiaget story. Of course I loved it. I've been reading Ms. Kurland's stories for about 15 years and I've loved them. They're great escape and very fun to read. "
— Barbara, 12/27/2013" I love all of Lynn Kurland's MacLeod and de Piaget books. The characters in this one, Peaches Alexander and Stephen de Piaget, were just as much fun, but I thought it was rushed at the end and skimmed over events that could have added 2 or 3 more enjoyable chapters. But still, it was a good read. "
— Charlene, 12/26/2013" I really enjoyed this book, with its adventures into medieval England and present-day challenges. I will probably read more of the author's books (but I'll be choosing a large print version!) in the near future. "
— Teresa, 12/10/2013" I got hooked on these time travel books and the main families involved when the first one came out years ago. Light easy summer reading. ebook. "
— Elizabeth, 11/5/2013" I just love reading a LK novel about one of my favorite families to read about. Peaches Alexander and Stephen di Piaget was a wonderful story of falling in love mixed with time travel and some old friends I love to hear about. This one is going to leave me smiling for awhile I believe. "
— Eileen, 10/14/2013" Very clean romance, though I was a little disappointed that she just skimmed over exciting parts of the book, especially at the end. "
— Natalie, 8/29/2013" I love Lynn Kurland and her stories of the de Piaget family always makes me laugh out loud. I will re-read her books any time. "
— Ruth, 4/4/2013" What I love about her books is that when you pick one up, you get the feeling of meeting a friend again after a long absence. It's kind of like sitting down to tea, warm and cozy, and listening to the tales of extended relations and long lost friends. "
— Sandy, 3/6/2013" Kurland doesn't deviate from what works in her latest MacLeod/de Piaget adventure. It isn't getting old for me... quite yet. I muscled through a slow beginning and was rewarded with a sigh-worthy romance featuring many familiar faces and hinting at what's to come for these families. "
— Cara, 2/17/2013" this book was not as good as the rest of the series. It almost read as if it was a story that the author really didn't want to tell. "
— Cindy, 1/22/2013" 3.75 out of 5. Not my favorite genre--time travel novels have never been ones toward which I gravitate, but that being said, this was an enjoyable read and one that compelled me to be more open toward this kind of romance novel than I was in the past. "
— Judith, 1/15/2013" This was an enjoyable escape from daily life and kept a smile on my face the whole time. It was definitely predictable and the resolution to the conflict was too easy and quick, but overall I was just happy to read a good, clean Lynn Kurland romance. 3.5 "
— Kara, 11/29/2012" I enjoyed her humor and the story generally. However, she spend so much time setting up the story, that the action packed parts which should have been pages were paragraphs, and so it ended in a loosely defined whirlwind, which I did not anticipate. Annoying that. She normally does far better. "
— Mum, 9/15/2012" Oh, I was in the mood for a bit of time traveling, mindless reading, romance. Lynn Kurland always whips up a clean romance I know is safe for my eyes. The usual mild swearing (hell, damn, arse) is present. But, I liked this one. It was just what I wanted to read the past few days. "
— Aimee, 7/27/2012" Tame romance. I suppose hopping into the middle of this series doesn't work so well, as the time travel and ghosts seemed a bit out of place. Also the ending wraps up way too quick. "
