" A free book I downloaded for my kindle and I really enjoyed it! It was good to read something slightly different and I enjoyed the modern storyline with some suspense thrown in. Still maybe a predictable outcome but a good read for me. "

Which is such a shame because it starts out well and I was looking forward to a good thriller - I liked the characters initially and the set-up was interesting, but before I got 1/3rd of the way through the massive religious agenda was so offputting I had to delete it off my Kindle. It really didn't add anything to the story, and having flicked through the other reviews I'm glad I didn't continue to waste my time. As the saying goes, having a religion is like having a penis - it's great to be proud of it but don't shove it down my throat unless I ask you to. "

" When I first started reading this I was a little disapointed by the imeadiate physical attraction between the two main characters. I was thinking that I would be more preocupied with staying alive, but as the story progressed I found myself caring for the characters and involed in the story. The romance wasn't overt and the thrilling action in the story was very well done. I found myself hoping for a little more bible quotes but the christian perspective was well done. "

" I actually liked this book and all the military jargon it had in it. For some reason I am liking war books lately and this fit my current taste. Of course it incorporates faith and religion and how that can help anyone in their life. It's a fun read. "

" I thought the premise of the book was good, but the author totally destroyed what could have been a good story of redemption at the end. And, of course you had the overly predictable ending of the HRT operator and the main character falling in love. "
