About the Authors
Mark DeCarlo is an actor, comedian, voice-over artist, and radio and television host. He hosted four seasons of the popular television show Taste of America and also has regular guest spots on a variety of radio stations across the country—most notably in comedic food and travel segments heard weekly on WGN Radio in Chicago, his hometown.
Yeni Alvarez is a Cuban American actress and voice-over artist best known for her role as Anita in the Spanish-language sitcom Los Beltran.
