Publisher Description

A new, original novella in the A Court of Thorns and Roses series that picks up several months after the events of A Court of Wings and Ruin. Months after the explosive events in A Court of Wings and Ruin, Feyre, Rhys, and their companions are still busy rebuilding the Night Court and the vastly-changed world beyond. But Winter Solstice is finally near, and with it, a hard-earned reprieve. Yet even the festive atmosphere can't keep the shadows of the past from looming. As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, she finds that those dearest to her have more wounds than she anticipated-scars that will have far-reaching impact on the future of their Court.

"The narration and overall performance of this book was as good as in other 3 first books in the serious. However, this cannot be said about the story… actually, there wasn’t a storyline at all, just a description how main characters are dealing with an aftermath and preparing for a festival… please pay attention that this book is only 6 hours long. I really hope that the last book in the series will not follow this downhill trend"
