Hegraduated from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America and began running kitchens at New York restaurants such as Supper Club, One Fifth Avenue, and Sullivan’s. His extensive body of work has graced the pages of the New York Times, London’s Times and Observer, the Face, and Scotland on Sunday. And his works of fiction include the crime novels Gone Bamboo and Bone in the Throat.
