Publisher Description

Going against Mary Hightower's wishes, Nick, "the chocolate ogre," is slowly trying to reach every kid in Everlost to hand each and every one a coin, which will release them from Everlost. Mikey McGill and Allie have joined a band of skinjackers who have more of an impact on the living world then any other inhabitant of Everlost. Except Mikey can't skinjack and Allie can - and there is a very good reason: Allie is not actually dead.

"Oh wow! I really enjoyed this story!! It has been two years since I read the first book in this series (Everlost) and I was wondering if I was going to enjoy the second one as much as I did the first one. Well I did! I recommend this to all!!! I can not wait for the third one (Everfound)to come out in May so I can see what is going to happen to Allie, Nick, Mikey and Mary. Such a suspenseful story. It will keep you on edge, turning pages until the end and then you just want more."

" This was EVEN better than the first one! It amazed me and I just had to keep reading more. When you find a book like this, you can't ever stop.. It was ten times better than Harry Potter. This authors amazing ideas never cease to amaze me! I recommend this to all of you Harry Potter lovers, to all of you who need a good book, and to anyone else. READ THIS BOOK! "

" There's a few inconsistencies in the logic here, but I'm not in the mood to nitpick. It's not many authors who can write a sequel that's not only as good as the first, but makes me eagerly await the third. And Shusterman has done that here. "

" Very inventive. Even better than the first! Neil Shusterman has created a world that is full of wonder and disturbing events, sprinkled with just the right amount of humor. It's written in such a sweet, innocent way, that the disturbing things some of the characters do seem to creep up on you, and are all the more shocking because of it. "

I don't think I can say anything really about the plot without spoiling Everlost, so I'll just reassure everyone that this is great, and Bethany and I are both now eagerly awaiting the third installment in the series.
